Hopefully I can share new photo's with you all & what we're doing out here in sunny Cyprus xx
As you can see, we are desperately trying to join the 21st Century! We have been doing bits and pieces since our last newsletter, but, typically haven't actually put it on the computer as of yet.
Most of you know about our undersea walk in November, so I'm gonna have a go at posting some photos from that xx
We've come up with an interesting idea - it results in me spending quite a bit of time on the internet.
In January, Tony & Rachael thought it would be a good idea for me to do some interesting cooking, so every Friday (depending on Tony's work commitments), we have international cuisine day. This basically means I get to cook a dish for dinner from different countries around the world - every Friday is different. So far, we've been to Mexico for Fajitas, Jamaica for jerk chicken & beans & peas, England for a cooked breakfast, India for Tikka Masala & last week was South Africa for "Durbs mince and Beans Curry Bunny Chow". The Bunny chow was really nice & it was served in 1/2 loaf bread. Rachael's job is to find the countries & make a flag to decorate the table. It's been interesting xx
